Just a quick initial review as I just brought them home yesterday.
After reading @LostViking 's thread on Hestra gloves and seeing that his current go-to gloves were the Marmot work gloves I decided to pick up a pair.
$32 after using the 20% REI discount, not bad at all. Certainly not Hestras, but a good solid work glove nonetheless. Good fit, good stitching, good quality of leather.
Gave them a heavy coat of beeswax and now we'll see how they perform over the Michigan winter.
Still want the Hestras, but for now these seem like darn good gloves for the money.

They are certainly a decent glove. Just a nice, no frills, pair of resonably warm winter work gloves.

If I stumble across the batered remains of my last pair. I'll post them up.

To be fair, I didn't try Marmot's guarantee. They may have replced them. I just figured they earned their keep.

I agree, the represent a good value at that price.
I hope yours treat you well!

I appear to be a gentle user, I have three pairs of Marmot and none have failed over the span of six years.
In winter I use farm shop €15 gloves and they get no mercy and still last a few seasons.

I just got a pair of these too and have high hopes. I was gonna hit them with Sno Seal.

Sno seal should work fine, it'll darken them up nicely.
Obenaufs was my first choice, but I'm out.
