I think a house like that in the neighborhoods where I work would cost over twice that much.

    It's a nice looking place. :)

Beautiful, but I just hate staining and deck sealing.

Looks nice. Price is not too bad if you can afford the $800+/ month including taxes and insurance.. Only 3/4 acre and has a HOA so I personally would not like it but I can see the appeal that some would have. I would ask why the 50% increase in value over five years yet 17% drop in property tax.

Looks great. Like others, that house would be 50% more in my area. I’d want more land.

Plop that house down in Bozeman and it would be $500k!

House interior seems pretty average for what you'd expect of a 2K sq ft house built in '88. Looks like the pictured refrigerator doesn't fit in the space made for it, might have to rebuild that area if your fridge is a similar size.

Outside is beautiful. Would be interested in seeing what the rest of the lot looks like.

Really, the biggest downside I see with it is it means living in Arkansas.

    Not my style.
    I need a 10,000 sq/ft garage with 2 ton bridge crane 6/12/24 volts DC and 120/220, 440 volt AC 3 phase and a pit.
oh ya and a small camp trailer to sleep in.
PS next to a significant junk yard at the edge of a forest, preferably in Alaska .

That house would be two or three times that about around here.

The whole thing should be circled. Back and forth from 25k-45k then 110k in 15 days

Went farther back, same thing between 20k-60k

But in 01/21/2014 & 02/21/2014 it was listed at 229k!!!

If you’re a free spirit, HOA’s are never a good thing. The 1st house looks like it might take some upkeep with staining and grounds work. Two story with 2,000 sq ft makes for small rooms but for some that is a plus.

I don’t trust water - I would search the areas history for any type of flooding on your 2nd choice.

I like Arkansas but they are stingy with asphalt for their roads - no shoulder to speak of and when driving at night at breakneck speeds in the hills north of Hot Springs - well, a Yankee just has to adjust or go home.

    Hope your dreams come true.

I love that house but I refuse to deal with an HOA.
