Just ordered this one cant wait!
It's a great knife! You'll really enjoy using it
You will love it, I got mine last month.
Gorgeous knives, never had the fortune to use or own one, but they're on my short list! Love to see and hear more about it when you get it!
Congrats. I almost ordered that one but went with White with green liners. Same colors just reversed. Excellent knife.
I snagged the natural with orange liners....cant wait. Did not grab a screen shot before it was sold out....will post pic when I get it.
Oh I got one of those too.
I have an older one and it is a fantastic knife. Great blade shape and about the perfect handle, especially for larger hands.
Love showing mine off. Here they are posing with my Classic.

Nice blades. Yes can't wait to add this to the collection
Woo hoo just got my shipping email . I'm guessing it should be here by Monday.
Nice I should hear something soon I hope
Yep got my shipping notice today woohoo
Here she is....orange liners not as bright as I pictured more of a pumpkin orange but spectacular......
I like that!!
Sheath looks very nice too
The sheath is very nice I'm just a little irritated because the knife is actually starting to cut the stitching in the first row. I'm not sure why and for lack of better words every time I try to resheath the knife-edge the point wants to track towards the stitching. At first I thought it was just an anomaly that would work itself out but it did not ,slowly it started to cut the stitching. This happened the first week of owning this knife, I was going to wet mold that sheath like I usually do just to give a little bit more of a?snugger fit which I prefer, but because the knife was brand new I wanted to give it a little bit before I did anything like that. Now I kind of regret not doing that because I wonder if that would have solved the problem of the knife tracking towards the direction of the stitching and cutting it. Clearly the knife sheath is not going to fall apart, I am not in any danger of the edge coming out and poking me a cutting me but I'm still irritated.
I think you should give Cody a message about your sheath,he will work it out for you
I already have...we will see
Happens sometimes. Super pointy blade. Sometimes the glue doesn’t set up properly which allows the point to push through.
Are you the dude making Scandi BC blades and selling on eBay?
I do sell on Ebay. Rich
Yep I thought so. I haven't heard anything on your work but have eyeballed many of your knives. Nice looking blades bud!
Sent a email to a AS on Sept the 30th. So far I have had no response from them, I've emailed them multiple times with several simple questions in the past, including asking them to pull up a previous order for me. They have responded to me in 5 days or less. The first time I ever emailed them with a complaint I have no response.... Must be a busy time of year.
I advised Cody to use my Gmail account and my messages and comms have improved drastically. My issue was hotmail it seems.
Must be a hotmail issue...
Thumbs up and Congratulations on the Awesome new Blade .
Hey BC, I think we sorted it out via email, but just to be sure, send that in and we'll take care of it.
We used to have problems with knives going through stitching, or the side of the sheath, pretty regularly. But for the past year or two we have been giving the interior of the sheath a coating that prevents this. We have only had about 2 cases like this in a couple of years, but it still can happen. Especially if the sheath wants to twist like you explained. But we'll replace it, no prob.
Okay I will play your game, I have heard about this email problem before. I've sent many simple mundane questions through Hotmail and I have never had a problem I have ordered all of the products from you via Hotmail and paid via PayPal every order in every payment has been confirmed through hotmail and PayPal. and there has never been a problem . I have re sent the original email, I have now sent you a new email. I know damn well you folks are busy, but the only response I have gotten from you is now through the forums. I would very much like a response by 1700 Thursday October 19th....that gives you at leat 72 hours to respond..... and to add there is a very simple solution to this all of this....I need you to do is send me a new sheath at your cost. I am not shipping anything back to you this is not my fault and I have paid for all of this in full.
I had previously sent emails and received emails from AS via hotmail as well, and then the issues began which persisted even til now. I don't know WHY, I just know that it is the case. I ordered a knife through them, paid for it and received shipping notifications, etc, all through my hotmail account. But once the problems began with them on comms, that issue was never resolved with my hotmail account.
Now that I am using GMAIL with them, I am receiving notifications from them as I should as well as emails from Cody as I should.
Shooting you a PM and taking care of it.
Thank you.... I know the right thing to do is to ship you the knife and sheath so that you can refit the knife with a better sheath. So I will follow through, it'll take me a little bit.I cahave to print the form and then get to the post office so that I can mail it and of course I have to insure it because you know how the mail is these days. I am a little bummed that I have to do this not because of the inconvenience but because it's going to be that much longer I'm not going to have the knife and be able to enjoy it.
I do apologize if I sound a little hot under the collar.
So on 10/17/17 I received a PM that sounded promising.......I have followed up with x 2 more PMs...no response...still resolution....still have a sheath that neds to be replaced.
So AS came through... 1 month later I received a email that a new sheath was on the way. I am thankful they let me use tbe 1 I had so I could continue to use the knife. I have shipped the damaged 1 back and might be able to buy it back for a reasonable price if it can be fixed. Comparing the new to the old....no difference, I cannot figure out why it cut the stitching. Maybe AS can . I wet molded the new sheath and it is awesome...
Glad things were ultimately worked out for you. That's a beautiful knife you have there. Congrats!
