so i was going to have a sheath made for it that was customized to my specs, but i am going out into the marsh this weekend for my yearly "walk the marsh" weekend. I do it once a year on my property to check the southern border of my levies and what not. It usually takes about 3 days if i'm quick about it. But since Beo Wulf can't do it at this time I just bit the bullet and bought one from condor.I figured since their machetes are amazing, why wouldn't the sheath be. As soon as I opened the package i was surprised to see how thick the leather was and how well made it actually was. I got it off of CombatTactical.com and it was cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered it Wed and its already here, I just got it in the mail!!!! Here are some pics.

Nice parang and sheath there Vermillion. You've got some marsh land to play bushcraft on that takes you 3 days to walk around? I am soooo jealous.

its no regular machete....more like a machete on some major steroids. its a bit complicated to use but if you buy them from condor which i have....you dont usually have to reprofile the edge. i find it has more uses than other machetes, especially a bolo or latin machete.
