Got my first Meeting Creek in today. A custom. Let me say the fit and finish on this baby is a thing of beauty, and the handle fits my hand like they were made by the same artist! Joe did a wonderful job on it! I'll be ordering from him again!!

    4.5" blade
    9.25" OAL

Yeah work ruined my plans... too tired to drive anywhere when you’re driving 2 hours each way for work every day... some beautiful scenery though

Very nice!, I like the contrast of the carbon fiber? Pins and lanyard tube.

Yes he did! He did an awesome job on the sheath as well! It's his first hot-waxed sheath. The stitching and overall quality are awesome!!

It reminds me of the sheath I have for the Siembida Raven. I really like that shape and wish there were more makers using that design. Good luck with that blade!

Having never worn a dangler sheath before, this was new territory for me. I asked Joe to add a dangler to the sheath and he gladly accepted! I wore it around all day yesterday (just around the house and whatnot, no dirt time yet :() and so far, I'm liking the concept! The sheath itself is awesome! Probably the nicest sheath I have. Joe truly does all around quality work, not just with his knives!

On the other hand, if we keep @hamanky a secret, we will not have a long wait time between knives.

But not having to wait is so cool...

So I had my first outing with this knife yesterday. Only tools were my Meeting Creek and my BBT for larger stuff. After yesterdays experiences I believe this is just about the perfect blade for me. Easily found my angle for feathers (though I need more practice on them in general), no hot spots or fatigue that I noticed (need to put more time in to be sure), cut effortlessly and still shaved after making feathers (cleaned and stropped the blade when I got home). This blade is a lightsaber.

One of the things about this knife that really shows the craftsmanship and attention to detail is how polished the spine is. It's got a nice, crisp, sharp spine, and the surface is highly polished. I doubt it would take much work at all to bring a mirror polish to it.

@hamanky , if this model doesn't have a name yet I think I'll call it the Buffalo Creek, after a creek I played in when I was young. With your blessing of course.
