Some more items I have finished up or am working on lately.....
Front pocket of a work apron for a local chiropractor, S is meant to be a S curve of a spine.
Straps for the apron, used old horse tack leather

Fixed a Civil War saddle fender and made another for a co worker.
Hey Scab how are the shell cases held in place on the railroad spike hooks. Thanks
friction fit. The holes are just a little smaller then the .308 cases and being brass I just hit them with a mallet until they wouldn't go in any further.
I've been slacking quite a bit on posting....Oldest boy is in Boy Scouts now, and youngest is in Cub Scouts. Which has me running all over trying to keep up. But here a few shots to show I really have been working on stuff.

Started a new batch of ulu knives this evening. This time going to try a couple full tang ones.

Mine's nowhere as cool as yours but it's holding up just the same.I made a mask for my Husqvarna hatchet as I'd lost the one that came with it(the one that comes with it was always on the loose side,IMO not the best deign)Used a antler button,and two pieces of chicken bone to show it off,imitation sinew to sew it.Better than having nothing at all.
