Lots of work but cheap material.

I knew a lady who’s grandfather built his house and shops all from pallet wood. They let him take pallets home from work and over the decades, his house grew and grew. I was lucky enough to visit him before he passed. VERY interesting fellow, with an interesting house.

It takes a lot of patience ,doesn't it ..
I know what it is like taking those apart with those twist nails. but the wood is worth it .

I've used pallets for small projects and it's a bit of work to take them apart, a good nail puller really helps.
Keep thinking of making my kids a tree house from pallets and curb found fence panels.
Once it cools down a bit.

A little cabin like that in the woods would be zen. Building it too.
