awesome knife brother
I apologize if this isn't the right place, but I would really like to know how I can contact Brian to get on his list. I am really enjoying using m3 and would like to get one of my own design.
I don't think he is taking new orders anymore but sending him a pm through here is the best way to contact him. I think he gets allot of correspondence so I suspect it might take him a while to respond
Made a 2 sided leather strop with the nakai
Thanks for the reply. Ill just watch out on the trade blanket then.
If I may offer a few words of advice. Be QUICK, don't sleep, practice "I'll take it" until you can type that faster than anything else in the English language. They are quite sought after... That is all. For now, others may want to add some sage advice. lol
Thank you for the advice haha, I guess I already snagged one so Im just pushing my luck at this point
I hereby dub this day "SET Saturday", to be henceforth known. Hahaha
If I owned that top blade, it wouldn't be so clean
Oh, it's been cleaned up. I usually strop the flats when I strop the edge. It's her good angle, she has scratches!
@Calafia666 Here's some that will take more than a quick strop to buff out... she's loved!
That's what I'm talking about! Beauty marks!
SET Saturday submission.
Very nice shot! That should be on a magazine cover.
Sexy as hell
There she is!!! Careful @14ers is on the prowl. He's gonna want to get that one back!
This reminds me of a trip to the desert years ago. Darren was gazing into the fire and saw a glowing red Emerson CQC15. His brother forgot he'd stabbed it into some fire wood. Darren never saw it in the log when he tossed it.
I have been told that my first SET is going to be shipped soon. Pics to come
Hah! Might have to pry it from my cold dead hands.
Grateful this beautiful user made it to me. I'll have to take some pictures of the blade....She's aged in the year I've had her.
Did I miss these?
Poor SET. Didn't you know, as it's common knowledge, that SETs prefer GERMAN built weapons? Their mainstay is older, German built, Sig Sauers. I feel certain that this has been covered before... Perhaps Brian will chime in and set the record straight?
Using the "dirt cutter" to dig up some Blue Dick bulbs. They were a staple food in this area.
My SET's show no prejudice!! In fact, they are close friends that have shared many journey's together. They have been from low dry desert to the snow covered Alpine together and have formed a bond that most people will never understand. "A friend is someone who gives you total freedom to be yourself"-Jim Morrison
I will have all know that I'm doing my absolute best to stifle my Beavis and Butthead routine.
But seriously, I'm a BIG fan of wild edibles, and overly jealous of your "shovel". Good show!
My SETs closest friends are made in Croatia. lol My Sigs are all American, but I'll take B's German made if it ever becomes too burdensome!
Oh how she loves her some vignette!
There's that German Sig!! Sweet couple!
Can anybody play?
Who's playing? This is serious business!!
I'm glad you're back Tom.
This is a sick knife!!!
Guys a Great photo shot for a calendar! They are some sweet hearts there.
New pants dance
Oh, I hope this is a full blown WIP! The design is looking good!
That set of scales is a little different than the rest of the bog oak I used. I have some for Deji that might come out like that but you never know.
You usually don't use stabilize bog oak, correct?
It's supposed to be but on some of it I wonder.
