And really watch the serving size. I have been trying to reduce the amount of soda I drink. I only drink diet so I’s not the calories I just hate the list of chemicals. I have been drinking a bottle or two a day of low fat milk in place of the soda. Small 14oz sized containers. Being half blind I looked at the label at the store and it looked like 100 calories. Not that bad, and being milk it has more goodies in it than any soda.

Well a week or so in and I happened to read the bottle today with my glasses on. That 100 is really 180 calories and those 14 ounces are not considered a single serving! So I’ve been hammering down 360 calories at a pop with 90 being from fat. So much for a good drink. I could have almost had a full strength Coke and a Hersey bar with less fat and calories.

Is 14oz of anything a single serving? Air maybe?
Our low fat has 1,5% fat 4,8% carbs (lactose) and 3% protein.
Nothing added to it, just removed some of the original fat.
    Has 46 calories/100ml
Still way healthier than any light soda ever made. The artificial sweeteners are the devils work.

That’s what started the whole thing. I was getting sick of paying almost $5.00 a day for coffee especially when the places around here don’t keep the decaf iced coffee as fresh as they should during the colder months.

I was a mountain dew fanatic. I only drink one a day now ,on a average day. I have been drinking Crystal Light green tea with raspberry or peach mango flavoring. Went from 235 lbs down to 212lbs.
