And really watch the serving size. I have been trying to reduce the amount of soda I drink. I only drink diet so I’s not the calories I just hate the list of chemicals. I have been drinking a bottle or two a day of low fat milk in place of the soda. Small 14oz sized containers. Being half blind I looked at the label at the store and it looked like 100 calories. Not that bad, and being milk it has more goodies in it than any soda. Well a week or so in and I happened to read the bottle today with my glasses on. That 100 is really 180 calories and those 14 ounces are not considered a single serving! So I’ve been hammering down 360 calories at a pop with 90 being from fat. So much for a good drink. I could have almost had a full strength Coke and a Hersey bar with less fat and calories.
