reground crooked awl pics

    So what do you all think of the re grind?

    thanks, I though you guys might like it. Im sorry it took me so long to get pics up..Ive been in the shop until after 10pm every night this last week trying to get orders out. Its been wearing me out,LOL.
    .
    That billet weighs 6 pounds:4:, I just welded it up. Its not for an order or anyting but I had ordered the steel to make it back last summer. It would get a little surface rust on it,then Id clean it off. After doing that a few times I decided to weld it up while I was grinding on carving axe heads. not sure what its going to be yet Chris. Thinking about making a couple nice Damascus axe heads after these orders are caught up.

    Im in the shop and the ones done are in the house wrapped to ship tomorrow but Imthinking they were appx 5" 5 1/2" long? I can make it about any length
