    8" x 4" https://www.ebay.com/itm/8-x-4-RIVAL-CROCK-POT-BREAD-n-CAKE-BAKE-PAN-INSERT-RECIPES/123871442216?hash=item1cd7503528:g:d1sAAOSwTLpdUD4Uhttps://www.ebay.com/itm/8-x-4-RIVA...442216?hash=item1cd7503528:g:d1sAAOSwTLpdUD4U

This pan is approx. 5 inches tall and 6 1/4 inches in diameter. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Ri...:JTUAAOSwk-pdPyaP:sc:USPSPriority!61109!US!-1

Because the lid locks onto the pot, the plastic lid knob can be replaced with a metal one and then it can be hung by the knob instead of using wires atteached to the the 3 raised dohickies.

Be sure to get one with a rack for baking.

My site is down so I can't retrieve some photos of years gone by when I used one for cooking over coals.

I bought one of these a couple of years ago. It was supposed to have the rack included, nope. Amazon sells something I believe they called it a steam rack for cheap, that’s what I bought for it. It’s a pretty cool idea, but it turns out that it’s larger than I wanted. I put my own together, with a Stanley ss pot, steam rack, and a carbon 4” baking pan.
I’ll try to post photos of both tomorrow, for size comparison.

Perro has all bases covered :) The one you ordered is the right height for the oven.

I am more interested in a shorter version as what @PERRO appears to have.
I have not found any on ebay. Is there a slightly different name for it to search for by chance.

Here are some comparison photos of the Crockpot thing, and what I put together. I’ve only used the Crockpot in the House, the Stanley stuff just fits me better.

Perro.....do some baking this weekend :) You've got all the makings for some double maple muffins ;-) The stainless strainer looks like too many holes to clean if used for baking.

They are nice, rugged pots. Easy to clean finish, better than raw aluminum. Look in the thrift stores for them.

Today's project, removing the Plastic Knob & replacing it, with a Metal Cabinet / Drawer Knob ( Home Depot ).
The Screws were way toooo long . I used my Dremel tool to cut them down.

I'll also change the Knob on the next one when it arrives in the mail. :3:

Do metal knobs like that have any coating on them? I don’t know if they do or not, just curious.

    Thanks
It would have not been cool to have to clean melted polymer or whatever off a new pot.

The lid will lock on in the upside down position for storage if it makes a difference to anyone.
