Kinda rusty.....but like the patina as well.........making up my mind what to do with them....but will have to kind get that off but leave the rest.

Last two Old Hickory knives I found seem to been relocated to the kitchen ....????

The Russell has the "hammer" marks as in the pic.......maybe use that for the Rodger Rangers Hunters Belt knife...

But for the money I was not gonna leave them lay there

Besides It was a good deal....Right?...don't HAVE to DO anything with them except look at them......they will find a home..

    Hi all,

(Old thread I know) but, today while hitting the Flea Markets/Yard Sales, I too was lucky to find a nice example of (as shown above) RUSSELL 0331 "New England Homestead" Carbon Knife.
Cost me an entire dollar! Also found a "Swedish made" Hatchet (two dollars) and a nice "Collins" Ax also for a couple of dollars! Got to love "Yard Sales!"

    Nice find!

My parents had one like in your photo. After their passing away, I ended up with it. Great knife and rarely see them any more.

    Hi buckfynn,

I must admit, I had no idea that this RUSSELL Knife is considered rather rare/hard to find. I was shocked to see the (asking price) for these Knives on E-bay.
Glad to hear you have your parents 0331 Russell.
