Hey guys. I have a Motorola Droid turbo z for my phone. It's the 32 gb model and I have a 128 gb mini sd card in it.

I was getting notifications that my internal memory was just about used up and that apps and such would start not working right.

I went into the settings of the SD card to "move media" and selected photos and videos. I got a progress screen showing it was happening and when it was done.

After it was completed I attempted to look at the photos and I can't find any? I clicked on showing the hidden folders and still can't find them. When the transfer was done, it showed that almost 1000 photos were transferred. The SD card info shows that there is more used space than before.

I rebooted the phone and still can't find the pictures.

    Any ideas to try?

You mentioned going into the SD card to move media, but you were attempting to free up space on the phone memory correct? Just trying to get an idea of what may have happened here.

Can you plug your phone into a computer and enable file transfer? The android OS is very similar to windows with file storage so you should be able to browse files and possibly locate them. Do you use cloud storage or have this setup through Google?

Can you put sd in a desktop and see if they show?
