Was perusing the internet, looking at stuff, and I came across this. Neat idea, and I have a bunch of leather to use up, so I figured I'd make one.

Took a 6" piece of 1.5 x 0.25" oak and rounded up one side with a sander, then glued a piece of leather to it, leaving about an inch of wood to hold on to(I might add a lanyard, I'm undecided). Once it was dry, I loaded it with compound. The curved side let's me touch up both side of my gouges and hook knives.
