Holiday over and in the next few days i will get back into the shop ;)
You would most probably think that while i was away my mind was set on 'no knives' option and so did i until one day i realized that every time i was taking a walk into the Greek wild i was looking for wood that could turn into knife handles. All olive trees looked like scales but of course that i could not touch them, nor that i would put down a healthy tree for any reason that is not an emergency.
In any case this had to be solved somehow and my sweet wife was the one who did it - she found at a local carpenter a GORGEOUS olive tree burl which he was preparing to turn into different small crafts and gifted it to me :D.
Pics a little latter but that olive burl is the best i ever worked with.

    All the best, God bless,
    Bogdan

Bogdan, glad your trip to Greece was "fruitful"! (See what I did there? LOL)
