Mrfixit. Thanks but i am looking for the aluminum version
Etsy has them every now and then. Getting really hard to get... kinda like hens teeth or wood pecker lips
Put an ad in the trade blanket after you upgrade to supporter. I got mine here from another member.
German M31 canteen cup (reproduction) combined with a Jaegermeister promotional flask. I got both off ebay for about $20 a few years ago. The fit is a bit loose, but a strap will take care of that.
The same flask will fit into a Swiss M32 cup like it was made for it.
Yeah something like that would work fine. I will have to see if i can find the parts
Took me forever to find one! Is that d ring lid the same threads as the other? I like it but didn’t know. If they are I’ll order from sigg
That is the Sigg Retro lid on the Sigg flask. I don’t think the Jaeger flasks have the same threads
Gotcha I have the sigg. Gonna order the retro lid lol
Guessing the sigg is no longer made
Nope, it was a 100th anniversary thing. They show up time to time. Email Sigg USA they are keeping a list and working in getting sigg to produce again
Does the pilot flask fit in the German cup?
No, the Pilot flask is wider than the M31 cup.
Awe okay thank you sir
Does the jagermeister flask got the M84 cup?
No, not even close
This is the sort of thing that makes BCUSA awesome.
Obscure gear questions answered with first hand pictures and knowledge just like that.
There's some on Ebay, I want one bad but at a total of almost 40 bucks I'm not sure I can pull the trigger. However I know they are getting harder to find.
When I was on the search for a flask to fit the M32, I ended up with a couple that did not fit. It was much later that I figured out one of them would work with an M84 cup. There was a gap which happens to be just right for my home made lid...wedging everything together just right.
Nice! @Spork I like all these flasks. I bought the star wars ones for the grandkids kids kits. I was going to get the German ones but the guy I bought all my my wwii gear from is sold out so I was waiting and I thought the Swiss cups would be better. So what flask is that one?
I bought it on ebay years ago and cannot find it now
