    We do with indoor plumbing all the time in industry. In 32 years working with hot water and steam pipes I have never seen or heard of a silver solder joint giving way under normal circumstances. Earthquakes etc are not considered normal . In the sa,e period of time using wood fired stoves with wet-back heaters and coils I have never seen or heard of a soldered joint in copper giving way except when the system was allowed to boil dry. while possible I think it unlikely
    Melting point for brazing is very high so I think it unlikely that a brazed joint with split under the same normal circumstances. Personally I worry more about spilling or dropping a pot and that has happened many times

    Need to make two shelf brackets and the air intake, rest is done, lot of competing projects and a full time job getting in the way, try to wrap it soon.

    Not trying to rush you, just anxious to see the finish of your great project and fine craftmanship. Life does sometimes get in the way of the fun stuff we'd all like to do.
