Tonight I sat at the TV after dinner to digest my meal and happened upon the Cowboy Channel on cable.

I just caught the end of some pretty ladies wrasseling around on horseback but the show after that caught my eye, The Cowboys' Kitchen. https://www.thecowboychannel.com/shows/the-cowboys'-kitchen This gent made an amazing meal in an outdoor kitchen, OK it was a large picnic table of sorts, and a wood fire. No electric or gas appliances. I said to myself, "Self, that's just what we do in the bush, sans picnic table". Unfortunately, there don't seem to be any links to recipes, you'll have to take notes.

Anyone know any more about this? Is there a separate site for recipes I haven't found yet?

I follow Kent Rollins on YouTube. He is a cowboy cook, wood fired on the prairie to feed working cowboys.
