I’m jealous. That’s a beauty. Unfortunately, some unexpected house bills forced me to sell mine. What a sweet knife.

Good idea, This is a good way for folks to see what they have, had, or are looking for.

My first was this M1 in A2 with Green Micarta.
    DSC_0145.jpg

Second was this M3 in A2 with "Vintage Micarta" Scales.
    B42ABFB0-6BEE-4346-B417-4112873EC258.jpeg

Third is a Sespe in Rio Rojo. The gentleman I got it from said it was in 01, but I can't tell if its O1 or A2. After a fair amount of punishment, it acts like A2. Either way, it is such a good design. It has the blade shape of the M1, with the grip of an M3, but with just a tad more blade to work with.

Looks to be an Apache (missed that pointed tip originally). That one has carbon fiber scales. The one after that is also a M3C with less shamanizing on the sheath. Great pair, and One great knife for sure!

@Thorns in my experience, the knives come and are easy to keep very sharp. Sounds like you have a great set up!

Great looking knives everyone. SET has great design and solid materials.

I always wanted a Model 1 with lignum vitae grips, but I could never get an order placed.

I hope Brian S. returns to the forum and custom orders after he resolves his outstanding orders.

are you using fat wood as a socket? That is a great idea. Not sure I have a piece big enough. If I can find one, that will eliminate another piece of my kit. Not that I can't usually make one but it can be a PIA, for me anyway.

Yep, the sap makes it work really well. It doesn't get hot and require spit or green leaves as a lube. The bonus is you'll always have a piece of fire starter with you if the bowdrill fails.

I actually made a few bow drill divots from steel, but this chunk of lighter' works just as well if not better, and as you've said it's one less thing to keep up with.
