My Wife's Grandfather won this bad boy in 1936 at the dedication of the Yaquina Bay Bridge. It's been a wall hanger it's entire life until today!

Today the wife and I decided to see how hard it would be to cut a round off last years tree which is about 18-20". It took 9.5min and a lot of on the fly adjustments learning how to work as a team and not force the saw. Five minute cuts could be expected if everything was going smoothly.

If things ever go black, this will be the only way to process big trees, so it's good to know what to expect.

I expect to have someone younger than us use it. :)

    Post up what ya got!!!

Yeah, I'm not much of a collector, but I could start adding to the mix real easy. That single is sweet!

Once you get in tune with your partner, those old saws will really sing. Takes a while to get them filed up properly though. Had a couple on the trade blanket a few weeks ago.

I need to get my saws tuned up. I have a bunch of them hanging in the shed. :)
