Wow. Was that one of the Baldwin brothers? Does the scavenger 6 also have a beard trimmer function that runs on solar power?

No, that was Tim Ralston...the guy who blew most of his thumb off with his 10/22 when he appeared on the first season of "Doomsday Preppers" on NatGeo

    Enjoy...

What is very interesting to me is the revolver setup. With that design you could get a compact revolver carbine that packs very small. Could be useful in certain situations (bush pilot etc).

I’ve got plenty of guns & prefer the prices & quality of many older ones. If the price tag for this thing was in the $500 range (give or take a few bucks), I might try one out. With a $2k price tag, no - I don’t think so.

    I like the inventiveness.

The problem (for me) is that many times new small gun manufacturers have come up with a gun that is unique in the market. In a few years the small company is no more. So when something inevitably breaks - and all mechanical things do so eventually- parts are unobtanium. The gun is then just a non working curiosity.

There are gunsmiths capable of fabricating parts, but now they are rare and their labor is very expensive.

I don't care about the multi caliber thing but I would love a compact, lightweight revolver rifle like this in 223 or maybe 7.62x39. The foregrip and light are hilarious though.

He may have a fancy gun but he won't last long anyway, not if he keeps pausing and posing in sunlit doorways when he's making building entries....:D :D

Is it a photographic reversal thing, or is the cylinder release catch really on the right side of the frame? :33:

I watched his other YouTube videos. It makes sense as a doomsday gun but realistically I dont think we will ever reach a doomsday scenario.

Wait a minute! This video shows interior and exterior shots of the bugout...interior footage is of a crew cab truck and exterior footage is of a 2-door Wrangler...what the heck?

How does the barrel accommodate the different sized rounds?? Or is it really just an overbored tube just for looks??

I think you are right with it just being a tube. Sounds like any rifling is in the cylinder.

Ok, saw the post, I thought it would be some funny parody video.

Began watching the video, nicely done, but it's not funny.

Realized its a new Chiappa type rifle coming to the market.
    Slightly intrigued.

Realized its going for 2 Grand - They are smoking crack...
    But someone will buy it.

Made the connection on who was behind the product.

    Laughed out loud.

Yeah they shot themselves in the foot.
    (Thumb actually.)

Its going to be a dead product.
(Much like the tip of his thumb.)

So he can enter and clear a building and after confronting someone drop his weapon. Next guy that tries gets shot in the back without a chance to lower his weapon.

It's a neat concept but way over priced and who is going to carry around a backpack full of cylinders instead of a box of appropriate ammo. Also the zero would be way off at any real distance going from different calibers with each turn of the cylinder barrels.

"with light and Lazer, you will not miss." So it aims for you as well, no skill required. Not for use by Stormtroopers. :18:
The barrel can't be useful, so you have rifle calibers with about a 4 inch barrel. I would pay to see him fire a .308 out of that. The cylinder gap must be loads of fun!
