I've been lazy about posting pictures on this. No more! Here's my humble collection. My 125 lb Morgan which I got for free! Yay! My Montgomery Wards 117 Anvil-vise (my name, not theirs), my first vise, a Littco my dad had, and a Bahco I found on the porch of an abandoned building that lives on my bench. I've also got a woodworking vise and a Palmgren drill press vise I got for $12 floating around somewhere....

I am glad to have found this thread!
I am beginning to get a little vise heavy these days...and loving it

    I brought this Wilton W 9 64
    10" X 4"
    Woodworkers vise home yesterday...
I am going to need to build another bench!

I also snagged the Columbia woodworkers vise, it needs to be flipped back to right and the bent rod hopefully gently straightened

You look to have quite the shop sir! Anvil(s), post vise with a great post!

I have this Joseph Hyde & Sons
    New London Vise Works

It needs a throw out bearing I believe for the end opposite the handle end.
Its going to do me fine after I break it down, get it all cleaned and lubed...mounted to a post I will need to find or devise and make:dblthumb:
