Found this flowering water plant today, what is it? Found in central Mississippi on the Tombigbee River.

Mee too. A beautiful little plant but from what I understand, highly invasive. They've been known to completely choke water ways.

A nasty invasive. I've sprayed this out of many a pond. It will take over fast.
