I didn't think that there would be any interest in them since condor went mass production with it.

I just did two and sold them. I have a hunter gatherer and a classic for sale as far as woods knives go. Im also currently working on a 1095 Drifter MKII.

Just the last couple of weeks I've been doing some kitchen work, chopping veggies, etc.

I've seen the wisdom of having a thinner blade camp knife with a more pronounced belly that will allow the soup maker to chop veggies in more of a rocking motion. Not necessarily a 'kitchen' knife but a camp or all purpose blade that can be used to prepare food as well as do some critter skinning.

I'm thinking an 1/8" thick blade with more belly to it in the Drifter configuration. A blade that would allow the user to work on a cutting board without knocking his/her knuckles to death. Perhaps with micarta or corian scales that could stand up to repeated washings without having to worry about water damage to the scale material. Put a large thong hole in the butt end.

This would look great in your hammered forge finish and a convex edge.

I've always been a fan of your work and have owned three of your knives. I sold the cleaver prototype.

    You're welcome.

    Steve
