What's Cookin' (in the forge)

    Forged these guys this morning, all damascus, and then normalized them, put them and another batch from friday through a few grain reducing cycles, and spheroidized/annealed them all (quench and then approx 1200F temper for 30 min) so they're ready for grinding and austenizing/tempering in the near future... earned my upcoming dinner/beers at Boneyard tonight.

    Austenized, quenched and tempered a bunch of blades today (along with a dentist appointment and my monthly blacksmiths anonymous meeting), and managed to finish up these two neck knives

    Tempering in the kitchen until I get a larger HT oven - sadly the kitchen oven is much more stable/precise (not accurate though) compared to my paragon kiln...
