Last one was an AR-15 I built off a "poverty pony" Anderson lower receiver. Next one will likely be a Ruger LCP 2 for summer time concealed carry.

Edit: My "next" ended up being a S&W Shield in 9mm after Sportsman's Warehouse had them for $219. Couldn't say no to that. So I'm amending my next to be an AR-15 pistol built on a 2nd Anderson lower I've had in my safe for almost a year.

Last was a trade from my Taurus 9mm to a Glock 22 (.40 caliber). I'm very pleased with the fit and functional improvement in my trade. I just picked up a Kenai chest holster that makes an ideal rig for checking trail cameras and cruising a property for feral hogs.
As far as next... maybe replacing the stock barrel of my 22/45 with a Tactical Solutions barrel. Not a new gun, but since the barrel is considered a receiver and has its own serial number, I guess the argument could be made...

For the hunting and shooting I do, I really don't "NEED" anything else. That seems almost sad to say...must be getting old or something.

My last was a Phoenix Arms .22, which was an impulse buy that has surprisingly impressed me, especially considering the price point. I think my next will be a NAA in .22 mag, but who really knows until it is too late?

Picked up a Ruger 10mm Match Champion, about a month ago. Went around about what 10mm I wanted to get, and in the end, all that mattered to me other than fitting my hand, was to have something different and interesting. Turned out to be a good choice. Now all I really want to buy is bullets, powder, brass, etc.

Last was a Ruger LCR 357.

Next will probably be a 357 rifle to go with the LCR. Maybe a Marlin lever action.

I have a kimber hunter on layaway. It's a used 30-06. It was south of $600 so I'm going to give it a go even though I heard some bad reviews.

Last one I bought was the Sig 226 Legion, next one will likely be either the 10/22 takedown or a vintage 870 Wingmaster.
    Hopefully both.

I may have closed TWO doors since the short time in starting this thread!!

    I have picked up a G40 10mm and have a strong line on a Rossi 357...

Also my sales have proceeded very well and Im tempted to move forward on another endeavor.

There is a number of Chiappa Alaskans on GB all 11-1300$.

I got to shoot a 48 at a recent plate match. I was very impressed with its size and handling. I still like
My Shields a little better. But of coarse its only a 9MM so its pretty easy for me to walk away.:34:

Next rifle will be some kind of AR. Not sure what make/model or caliber.

Next pistol will either be a Glock 20 or a stainless .357 magnum revolver.

new, less finished, cheaper bond arms roughneck derringer with 2.5” 357/38 barrel, $245. back story: wanted a 2.5” 357/38 barrel for my existing b.a. derringer to easier pocket carry. b.a. no longer directly ships separate barrels to most states (why, not an ffl item?). 2.5” 357/38 barrels hard to find on ebay and g.b., when they come up are $160 or so. i also only use rubber grips on a b.a., which are $25 purchased separately but standard on the roughneck. so by buying a roughneck for $245, i only paid $60 (245-160-25) for the actual firearm since i was going to get the interchangeable barrel and grips anyway.

I have a G43 that is semi-tricked out that I am going to offload in favor of a Ruger 22/45 with a threaded barrel. I don't really need three 9mm pistols...…...but I do need a nice .22LR pistol for woods walking!

My "next" is a work in progress. I managed to find another set of barrels for my 20" Baikal double, and plan to add rifle sights (already in my parts box) and a pair of 45 Colt inserts. The sights are a Williams front ramp and Williams Guide receiver sight that will both be attached to the rib after I D&T. I'm leaning towards a Redfield Sourdough front, but might go with a Marbles Sheard.

...going to be a bad CC month...after buying the 642 went into a local shop that had a Charter Arms Explorer II and Ruger 22/45 Lite for way below the average asking prices....

...and on Tuesday I put a LowBall bid on GunBroker for a discontinued Ruger SR762 and won...

Wednesday went into a big gun shop near my mom's and there was a NAA Black Widow for $129.95....and several other bargains...and I quickly left the shop....

    Last? No such thing.
Next? I never really know since I have my eye out for so many different ones right now.

    Currently looking at:

A tuned New Vaquero in .45 Colt

A Winchester 1895SRC .30-06 (I know I already have a few copies of this model but I'm addicted to them and snatch them up if I see a good price)

    On the lookout for:

Beretta Silver Hawk 10 gauge (because why wouldn't I need a fine Beretta SxS in 10 gauge)

Ruger Frontier in stainless caliber doesnt matter too much

Good price on a Tikka T3X Tac A1

And anything else I think is neat for a price I can live with

I understand the "NEXT" but not certain I comprehend the "Last". A next is always out there but does the last actually exist?????

Unless we mean the most recent... then that is the one that just moved off of the "Last" list.

    Yes...

I say LAST as in THE LAST ONE you have purchased.

How would/could any one know what there “LAST” gun purchase will be? Unless you have a expiration date, or a good one on one with the good lord above.

Whelp, I decided I like AKs too much, and need some interesting ARs.

So I have some parts on the way. 6" 300 Blackout pistol with a brace. Should make an interesting suppressor platform.

Also a Vietnam-era M16A1 parts kit, to assemble into a neat little historical AR. I think that thing will be pretty darn cool.

My last was a Tokarev M57 pistol in 7.62 x 25, which is a barn burner firing a 85 grain bullet at around 1,600 fps, smokin!!!
.22 rimfires and shotguns are like a revolving door, always coming and going, but it's time to thin the herd on the serious firearms. I have everything covered from mice to elephants in duplicate, so out they go...

I am not sure yet, definitly want a Glock 20 and trying to decide between a Ruger PCC or a 10/22 TD in a backpacker (leaning towards the PCC) but also considering building another AR as I dont currently own one............. Im hopelessly indecisive.

Still think it's one of Glock's biggest marketing blunders - Model 45 in 9MM.
This is quite possibly one of the best Glocks I've ever owned.

    Last firearm was a Ruger SP101 3" 357.

    Next might be:

    S&W 63 22lr
    or
    Ruger LCRX 3", 22lr
    or
    Glock 19
    or
    Glock 42

The last purchase was a Ruger 10/22 Takedown on clearance at a too good of a price to pass by!
The next will probably be a .22WMR pistol of some sort. I’m having a tough time finding one that fits my hand and pocketbook all at once!

I’m looking at getting another Sig Sauer 1911. A shorter version of my full size.

I once had the opportunity to be at my local club when one of the Trustee’s sons, who was a body guard for the Governor, was shooting at the 7 yd. line.
His glock 9mm was hitting moment of pie plate, which was his target choice.
I was shooting my full size Sig 45 cal. Had a target of five 5” circles and put one in each of the ten rings.
I thought he might need to shoot a heavier piece.
He tried mine, consequently doing much better.

Told him he needs to get a Sig Sauer.

Last firearm purchased was a Mossberg MC1 in 9mm for the missus.

Next one, I'd like to get myself a new revolver, since my stolen one is STILL sitting in evidence.

Last was the Glock 48. Love it. Best Concealed Carry 9mm for me in a 10 round state.

Next is probably an M1A scout squad. Beem eye balling them for years now. I have a bolt-action in .308, and a semi-auto mid/heavy would fill a niche.

Last two guns I bought (I think the pistol was first, and the rifle was the very latest).

Four screw from about 1962. I bought the handles separately, and I determined that they are vintage modified Herrett Shooting Stars (checkering removed....and two notches added... I don't know the story there, if any)

Marlin 995. I have knocked down the awful "Monte Carlo comb" to use real sights, and inlet the DIP triggerguard. I like the triggerguard, but hate the trigger, but I can deal with it. I put sling swivels on and made the sling for it. It's a very quick handling, fast shooting, tack-driving little thing.

According to my wife it's the Beretta 81 32acp that I just bought after reading the surplus 32acp thread! :4:

Next for me a Taurus .380 Spectrum, I'm going to downsize a bit from my pocket EDC LCRx 3" .38 for coming winter carry only.

I've been busy. Picked up a nickel Stoeger Coach Gun 12ga SXS. The action is horrible. I made it break open a little easier but it's still rough. I need to polish / bevel the chambers so I can use it for cowboy action.

Assembled this 20 inch PSA AR15.

Trading that Norinco Mak90 for a Ruger Redhawk 45 Colt / 45 Auto next week. Leaving a little $ on the table but I've been wanting that Ruger for awhile now and I only have $300 into the Mak90.

Last purchase was a used Benelli Nova 20 ga I took in on trade, one can't have too many 20s! I have several that are on the list: Ruger PC9 Carbine, Mini-30 tacticool (heavy barrel), 77/357 to replace one that got away...I really want a Fulton Armory M-14 peerless National Match but I can't swing the $$, so I'll probably get a S/A M1A (need to keep saving my pennies).

..you will like it. I have the same gun in .32 H&R Magnum...sweet shooter. Have thought about selling this one and buying a .327 but it shoots right to the sights with 85-100 grain bullets so am just going to keep it...

I have one of those old .22 rifles that was made in the 70’s. I have no idea what brand or model it is. I use it for squirrel hunting and to dispatch the critters I trap. It’s somewhat accurate.

    I want to buy a CZ 512
