I tried a completely different design on my friction folder. Really like how this one turned out.
The blade is 2 7/8" long, 3/32" thick and forged from 1095. The handle is walnut with brass pins. It is lined with stainless steel and has a 1/8" thick brass spacer. The handle is 4 3/8" long. The OAL is 7 1/4" when the blade is open.
This one is not available, but fell free to contact me if you'd like to order one.

Let me know what you guys think!

I like the design and the finished look very much. I went on your website to look at your past work. Very impressive. I like the style of your designs. Keep it up.

Out of curiosity, what kind of price point would you sell something like this at?

Just finished up this awesome friction folder! The blade is 3.25" long, 1/8" thick and forged from 1095. The handle is 4.75" long and made from some beautiful Bocote wood. The liners are stainless and the pins, lanyard tube and spacer are brass. This one is sold, but let me know if you'd like to place an order!

Finished up this one yesterday! It's my standard model friction folder with curly maple, stainless liners and pins, lanyard tube and spacer of brass. It's forged from 1095.

Just finished up this one. A very interesting folder designed by a member here. The blade is 2.75" long, 1/8" thick and forged from 1095. The handle is jigged black paper micarta with stainless liners, and brass pins, lanyard tube and spacer.

The handle on this one is only about 1/2" thick, leaving the scales only 1/8" thick. Fits in your pocket quite well, you hardly know it's there!
