    Decided it was too nice a day to mow the lawn so I jumped on the bike and headed toward Rangley Lakes Region. I've never been there. Above is my first view of the lake from Rte 4 coming into town

    Lunch time here. Good food. Kinda pricey though.

    Another view. This from Rte 17. The water on the right is Rangley. The hump in the foreground is Bald Mountain and the water on the left is Mooselookmeguntic Lake (how can you not like that name!).

    May be tough to see but I collected a lot of bug guts. It was worth it. I do love these mountains!

    Nice pics, Height of land is especially beautiful in the fall and usually a few moose in the roadside bog just below it on the way down to Coo's canyon. Next time up try lunch at the Red Onion in Rangley village.
