My Fancee Feest with it's simmer ring has an insane run time length.
One that I recommend to people new to alcohol stoves.

I've been using his Brian Green esbit stove for a couple years now, works great and is still in great shape after many uses and several hundred trail miles of being crammed in my pack.

I've seen Shug using these. Seems like some really nice light weight options here.

Anyone use the Fancee Feest work with a Olicamp Spacesaver mug?
My concern is that the mug will be too small in diameter.

OD on the fancy feest appears to be 2.5" for the SP 450 it will nest. Olicamp space saver mug, according to their site, nest with 32 oz nalgene and 40 oz Klean Kanteen. Quick measurement on my 32 oz Nalgene is 3.5".

.... and with this recommendation, we ordered 2. (This helped complete a small cooking system I was contemplating...) Thanks!

Thank you VanGo and Sargent. The Fancee Feest is made of durable materials and will last a looooong time. :)

Zelph has put a lot of time and research into these stoves. I have major ADD and I've spent hours over the years watching this guy boil water!

:) Thanks Sargent... I stopped counting gallons of denatured alcohol after the 15th gal. Burned it up 1/2 ounce at a time experimenting with stove designs. I used to experiment in the kitchen until one day my wife walked in the back door just as I was dowsing out the escaped flames from a wickatized stove that had popped when I tried to light it. One piece of the wick flew over into the sink. When my wife saw that, she banned me from use of the kitchen as my testing laboratory......bummer.:D

May I attest that Zelph stoves are the only alcohol stoves worth using! I have around 5000 burns on my fancy feest and it still works great!

However I have started using the starlyte (old style) and I love it just as much. Only wish you’d still make it the old way as well with the integrated pot stand;)

5,000 and still going strong is awesome...thanks for the feedback :)

I'll resume making the original Starlyte Stove with integrated stainless steel pot support in the spring of 2018 when I return home to my workshop. I need more elves to help in manufacturing ;) and less dirt time
