blade scroungers

Hey fellas! I recently bought a house and found this old thing sitting in the walls of the garage. After knocking off the handles and cleaning it up, I put on a new red oak handle and a keen edge. I couldn't quite make out the brand but I think it's a "cut easy". Is there anyone out there...
