Buck 105 Pathfinder Point?

Im Sorry I dont hve a picture, but does anyone know what the little clip thing at the end of the 105's blade is intended for, or if it is intended for anything? Thank You in advance

It appears to be a kind of swedge grind to make the point finer for skinning small game and fish. It has a really thin tip.
I've been eyeing the 102 woodman for a while now for the same purpose.
