Not sure if there is a more appropriate place for this post....but, just wanted to let everyone know that I had a great experience with the customer service at Vargo. I purchased a Vargo ti lite cup, and within its first few uses, one of the two handles fell off. I contacted them today asking for a new handle, they immediately returned my email (on a sunday) and said they were sending a new cup....Couldnt ask for better service!
