Ebay and ALICE Packs?

I know from scanning tha threads, that a lot of you own and enjoy your ALICE packs, thought I would try one out. Thinking about getting a medium ALICE with frame. Can anyone suggest a good EBAY vendor or other source? Looking for the best bang for the buck.

I bought two on eBay from Army-Gear Auctions just this morning. I did the buy-it-now for two of them - new medium pack and frame with shoulder straps -for just under $70 delivered. That comes out to $35 each, and I will tell you that price, for new items, will be very hard to beat.

My intent is to send one off to Tactical Tailor for a FASTEX buckle upgrade and give the other away as a gift.
 
Armygear.net also has good prices on ALICE packs. I bought two recently and was very happy with quick shipping and product quality.

I'd go elsewhere. Several people on BCUSA have had bad experiences with him.

Bad service, long delays in shipping and "refurbished" packs and frames that were essentially junk.
 
Might try local gun shows sometimes you get lucky there, and you can see the condition first.
 
I had a good experience with Allegheney, got what was described for a good price, very quickly...just pay attention to their Quality Codes (VC = very good, etc.)

These guys are local to me, and have an ebay store as well. I've bought 4 Med ALICE packs, 1 frame, and 1 Large ALICE (along with a ton of other stuff I don't want to talk about) from them. They are as standup as they come. I went in the other day, asked for a large in good condition, I got one that looks new with frame, out the door for ~$35.

I would DEF. call Trent and talk to him about getting a good pack. They ship quick (I'm usually over there when Fed Ex is backing the truck up to the shop)

Can't recommend them enough. Prb the best group of guys I've dealt with in a long time. It's pretty old school surp shop. They don't have a bunch of Chinese junk labeled to look or feel like surplus, just real surplus. Even has the all too familiar surplus smell LOL!
