Just got this last week for around $20.

I am still in the process of loading and unloading it to see what goes where and if I really need an item or not to keep the weight down.
I want something I can have in the truck or hike and hunt with.

Contents are fire,food collection,basic shelter,navigation,and water purification.

I'm a big fan of 'messenger' style bags from riding bicycles most of my life, sometimes you can find some great old school ones for next to nothing.
 
Why I like this bag is I can attach it to my bullpac frame.
If I was packing out meat I could put it where I want on the pack frame.
 
That's a great bag, Walt. What size is it? Reminds me of the now famous Finn Gas Mask bag from Panzer's thread.

I liked that bag also.
It is 11" long x 12" high x 4" deep.
Has a zippered inner pocket the length of the bag and six small pockets and another large pocket in front of the main compartment shown in the pic.
I like the pockets on the sides.One pocket holds my mini binoculars and 1 and 1/2 8 hour candles perfectly.I have a 2 quart canteen on a carry strap for water
that I need to modify that I want to use with this bag.

I packed it down pretty good when I got it and I was surprised how well and comfortable it was. I am was kinda leary when I bought it but that changed when I took it out. Well worth the money. I got from amazon for $35.
