Fatwood Soap?

Has anyone tried this soap?

How does this compare to pine tar soap? I have been trying that and I love it. $5 a bar seems a little steep for soap.

Fatwood was and may still be used in the production of turpentine so stands to reason there might be some added benefit but I am thinking its marketing. thanks for the link

It does sound interesting. The only thing that bothers me is the possibility of one of the wispy shavings being more of a sliver. Accidents happen, quality control sometimes fails.
