Here is my first attempt at making a mask for my Cold Steel Trailhawk. I saw a cool picture of one on a different thread so I decided to steal...er...I mean borrow the idea for mine.

Made the pattern about a 1/4 inch larger like everyone recommends

I think it looks like Helen Keller made it--but I can only go up from here. Any comments/criticisms would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking!
 
Looks good for a first try. I think if you make the welt bigger you can get your rivets a little further from the edge. I did the same thing with my trail hawk sheath. Every sheath I make I learn something new or something not to try doing in the future.

heck, it's doing it's job and you made it....so it's perfect!
