How to identify MOLLE II frames


The black ones are Gen III. The Desert sand one's are Gen IV. They are interchangeable. I have the Woodland packs on a Desert Sand Frame. Works fine.
 
The ones with two prongs on the bottom of the frame are Molle 1. They interface with users lbv belt. Stay away from these frames.
