Just a walk

Took a walk on the nature trail by the house yesterday with my oldest, nothing fancy, just needed to get out of the house.

Cool, sometimes you just gotta get outta the house and stretch the legs. If you can include the kids, even better.

Great way to spend some time with the kids, I remember going for walks with my dad in the woods nearby, wasn't anything fancy but sure was a lot of fun! Make for great bonding opportunities.

Critters, no. Found some deer tracks, and my son found an owl pellet with some mouse bones inside it. Found another picture when my youngest decided to come along with us. Oh, found a golf ball that the youngest confiscated.

Cool! Owl pellets are a natural history lesson all of their own. Those look like a couple of healthy wood and water haulers to me!
