You gotta figure they'll be cheaper than the MSRP after a bit, but I don't feel too bad keeping the BHK Woodsman I've been waiting for now, I'd bet about 80 or so when launch at say Amazon. And Ethan originally said they'd be between the price of a BK2 and a BK11/14, I had my doubts about that from the get go. They'll come down eventually.

That is MSRP, I would bet you will be able to get them online for around 70 soon after they hit the market.

Kabar's website lists the BK2 at $112.06 MSRP, and since it's street cost is around $60ish so I'm guessing street cost of the tweeners will be just a bit less (after the release-shock wears off).

What's up with the "Zombie" knives and why do they have green handles?:33:

Becker clip point!! Scoooooore

Mini drop point should be called a bk2jr or bk2L (lite)

Wasn't panicking by anymeans just seems tad high. I don't familiarize my self with kabars pricing though(I hate their web page), but generally MSRP for other knife manufacturers is with in 20% of street prices. By the time I get around to buying one they'll be cheap, why I waited on the BK7 as long as I did, 55 bucks(35 using a gift card), by the time they come out everyone on blade forums will be fondling them so much it'll be like owning one virtually.
And I'll have my BHK by then, I do want a BK16 at some point.

I know - don't even get me started.

Yeah - their MSRPs seemed weirdly high for the new stuff. I guess I don't really understand how that works but Tweeners at $65 was a bit more like what I was expecting.
