I have been cutting my own hair for years. The $30 scissors that I had purchased cam with a cheapie fuzzy covered piece of cardboard with a snap. I kind of made room for the stick part of the comb to be shoved behind the scissors and it served its purpose. However now I am was hoping to keep the thinning scissors with these as well, and they did not fit.
The solution... make a new one!
I had some thin leather from an old leather coat hanging around, so I started playing with it. I find it is easier to sew the thicker leather, but though that this turned out OK.
