That Moore looks to be well executed. I'm not familiar enough with that steel to comment on it. I'm looking forward to your thoughts on it.
 
The price on the Moore maker tempts me to add it it to my collection.
That said, I see very little bushcraft value to the double bit hatchet.

4140 is pretty decent steel for a hatchet or axe. It's die steel used a lot in hammers. So edge holding isn't as good as say 5160 but it's tough. That moore maker looks like a really good deal imo.
