I just placed a bid on ebay for a sitka. My bid was in the mid 70's, and i figure Ill win. After I bid I noticed it was the s-type which is geared toward left handers I assume. I am right handed. Will this be a problem for me?

If you have a sitka or vulture 2 youd sell, let me know its birthday time.

Thanks for your opinions on the s-type for a right hander. I dont own any maxped products and I want to love what I get.

I'm right handed, but I have a bad left shoulder and can't have alot of weight on that side. So I got a Sitka S. Honestly, I can't see any difference in having it on my right shoulder. I can still swing it around and get to the CCW/Water bladder pocket easy enough and access all the other compartments no problem. I love my Sitka and take it everywhere. I doubt you'll find it much of an adjustment using the S type.

Enjoy.
Mike.

There shouldn't be any inherent problem with using an S-type as a right-hander... it just rides on the opposite shoulder. It'll still swing around to the front and allow access to the pockets etc. you just have to pull it around from your left side instead of your right.

if you carry concealed - you may appreciate leaving that side completely open!???

I'm sure a lot of that thinking plays into who buys what kind. (reg vs. S-type)
