Here is a deal I just had to share
http://m.sportsmansguide.com/Product.aspx?a=884910
I was anxious to try these and was not sure if I would like but 4pair for $20 I figured it was worth a gamble.i have ordered many items in the past and usually have to send back half of the used gear as they are usually floods on me but these being brand new I thought it would be safe.so here they are and I think they are great!!they are like a Carhart/ToughDuck material doubled on the front for wear.side buckles to tighten and lots of pockets.i was not too sure about the high waist but actually kinda like it (belt is normal height) as it feels rather supportive on my lower back.they also have stirrups to keep bottoms in boots.I take a 32 waist and depending pant either a 32 or 34 length and the mediums are a perfect fit but also have side tensioners if not
Bottom line -brand new and 4 for 20 -no brainier for super tough pants

I wonder what size would be for a , umm, more mature figure such as mine. Looking for 40Wx34L, would that be XL?

As I guess I would say "yes" but certainly could not be certain - they do have a great return policy in case they did not

Nice review and sounds like a great deal. Would the length on the med. be ok as I wear a 30-32 length and dont want them to be to long.

Thank you

They might need to be hemmed abit but keep in mind they will tuck in your boots too

Further down the leg they look like they hug fairly tight, is that just the camera?
Yes they flare down nicely - one of the best things about them in my opinion - I hate super baggy bottoms

How do they fare for bendability?
They are great! They have extra darts sewn in for great manouever ability

What can I say guys - I love them and would of paid 50 if I had tried them on in a store but again 4for20$!!!!!!

4 for $20, definitely worth the risk, let us know how they hold up after being out in the bush for a while.

I just ordered myself some. 4 pair for $20? Come on.

I have ex-girlfriends who spend five times that much on ONE pair of jeans, which, by the way, are already ripped up because that's the 'style'.

So, yeah, I'll take my chances on these. Thanks for the link!

wish the sizing was more specific - at $20 its a steal but the hassle of a return for ill fitting isnt worth it for me, bummer - wish I knew how fat XL would fit

What kind of material are they?
They look nice, but I am a 31-32 inch waist. Maybe they will have smaller sizes later.

I'm a 32 waist and the medium is perfect - there are tons of adjustments on these too and more buttons than I know what to do with.i wear everyday now to work and ordered more to put away for when I wear these out.lately I have been wearing with the top rolled in and buttoned so that the belt loop is the top - there's a bunch of ways to wear -kinda fun

I liked the look of these, but you guys bought all of the mediums! Oh well, didn't really need them anyway.

Do you have the jacket too, BushTramp? I'm wondering about those.

No - and with my Ape arms I have to try on everything in the future as I have sent more back to Sportsman's Guide than I have kept.most things for me are either too short in the arms or I have to order xl and then the arms fit but the body too big -always a gamble
