New pack-molle II riflemans pack

So i got this riflemans pack and it is awesome. I took some pics to show you all the features it has. Sorry they are so big.

Here is the pack with the flap open. It has the main pack on top with the MSS carrier underneath. A hatchet or large knife will fit nicely out of the way in betwen them. There are 2 molle pouches on the side that came with it.

Here is the front of the pack. You can see I have canteens on the molle waist belt and that the top flap has a map case.

This radio pouch came inside the pack and hangs verticaly in it. Now I have it on a shoulder strap with my clothes in it.

Right now I have my BOB in it. It weighs about 45 pounds fully loaded. This pack is great, I would highly recommend it. So far it seems to ride pretty well and came in good shape. I expect it will last a long time.

I have fallen SO hard for my Molle ii assault set up...and just yesterday I FINALLY scored a back up that's identical. (I wanted version 1 with detachable straps)

the rifleman's looks great - and the extra pouches are a nice bonus!
 
It's a haul monster that's for sure. I have mine set-up for winter trips. Heavy as heck but very comfy to wear with a load.
 
I have been really liking mine so far as well. I also have the assualt pack that will attach to the rifleman pack if I need the extra room. I will be using the pack for a upcoming hunting trip for wild boar next month
 
I bought the MOLLE II Rifleman outfit a couple years ago .. used it several times - It is a good unit .. But a bit bigger and heavier than the ALICE Mod I used last year (I adapted the MOLLE shoulder straps and hip belt with the med ALICE, Plus the MSS carrier - on both the MOLLE Gen 2 frame, as well as with the regular ALICE frame)
This year I think I am going to try a slightly different Mod, with the med ALICE, and see how it fares.

Hi there
Try your pack on the DEI 1606AC frame. Best of both worlds. Takes the Alice plus the Molle ll straps, belt and sleep carrier, and carries well.
