Ok guy's here is Ezekiel's official introduction to my fellow Kracaneuner's. He was born on 12/21 at 1321 (1:21pm), 7lbs 3oz, and 21.5" long!

His name comes from the book "King of the Mountain" (Wilderness Series) by David Thompson. The main characters uncle was named Zeke which was short for Ezekiel. Uncle Zeke got his nephew to come west to become a free trapper/mountain man. Very good book series most of them are audio books. I always listen to one when driving to go camping.

We are all doing well and getting adjusted to each other. This was a wonderful Christmas Present for us.

Just wait until he can laugh. Now that's hours of fun the whole family can enjoy. Nothing funnier in this world that a laughing toothless baby.

Also thank you everyone for the well wishes. We are doing great and the dogs seem to like him too. :4:

We have made our "camping" reservations at the Holiday Inn Express for the Alafiah River Rendezvous next month. Hope to see some of y'all there to meet the little guy. We really enjoyed it last year and are looking forward to it again this year.

Which public day are you going to the event the Friday or Saturday or both ?

Wouldn't miss it. I think Hushnel will have more than a few visitors on the public day. I'm gonna try and bring my little guy again. He threw a fit and we kinda had to leave abruptly last year. I think he got ticked because I wouldn't buy him a muzzleloader. Kids.
 
Congratulations chili p. I hope you and Ezekiel have the best of times together. I have always loved the outdoors, but they are even better when shared with your kids.

Mine will be too little to know what a muzzle loader is thankfully! Looking forward to meeting your family I hope they can come.

Both days, really hard to cover the whole show in one day. We will be there Friday afternoon sometime and all day Saturday. At least what mama and baby can stand. We are staying in Bartow so it's not too far of a drive.
