I can't remember when it last stopped raining, to give you an idea of how much we have had this was at Christmas ( Note the height of water under the bridge )~

And this was today~

As I continued my hike I hoped the bridge wouldn't get washed away before my return !

Some pics of my Woody~

I love the simplicity of this design, the blade shape is kinda Kephart-ish but larger. The handle is a real user, the kinda handle you could use all day without getting any hotspots~

The knife is large enough that you can choke right back on the handle and use the blade for snap cuts~

Did a little battoning~

And a little Fuzzy making~

Lit her up no problem~

Awesome pics, that's some beautiful scenery there. Though I do admit, after reading the title I almost didn't want to click on the thread :D

I like it. Looks nice and thin. Tell us more about your Woody.

Yep, it 's always "fun" to be out in the wet....

Love the first few pictures. They have great atmoshpere.

congrats on getting out (and back!- that's a lotta water, Pit!)

the Woody is all business, but really looking good too!

Pitdog, great pics. You really did get some rain in your area. Good looking knife too. I like the name you gave it lol.

Those are some awesome pics you took there.
If you don't mind me asking, what camera are you using. Almost looks like a pinhole camera of some sort. Whatever it is the pics are amazing.

Of course it helps that you have such a beautiful place to stomp around in.

Thanks for sharing. I always look forward to seeing your scenery.

Pit - Great pics as always bro! I like that knife, but I'm going to stop short of telling you that you have a nice woody....

Thanks buddy, the camera is just a cheapish Olympus, most of the pics are taken on one of the novelty settings, it just seems to bring out the true colours more than the regular setting.
