So it was freezing and raining today and I decided to dive into some scraps.

I managed to make a pack/pouch/satchel/bag/thingy.
I know I know. Real technical :22:

I will update this thread when I finish the strap but I ran out of scraps...

Enjoy!

The brand from the hide turned out pretty cool.

Very nice, I have been drawing up plans for something similar the last few days it's been raining here all week too. I especially like the the puck pouch.

See what happens when it rains!!! :11: Real nice work, very nice!!! I also been working on a leather project today. Fun isn't it! :4:

When it rains it pours... latigo! :9:
Sorry, I had to. Can't wait to see what you're workin on bro!

Nice job! Quick question, what type of leather do you use and what thickness?

Thanks, keep up the great work!

I'm not sure what type of hide it is. It was in a scrap pile at the local saddle shop. I am pretty sure it is 3-4 oz. leather though. Hope that helps. : )

Nice work, I like the looks of the satchel. Those would look good in any kit!

The satchel looks like oil tanned and the puck holder looks like veg tanned latigo. Veg tanned leather is the only one that will take that good of impressions from a stamp
