For 2012 decided to change my kit around. Mid 1700's thru the 1930's. Going to be a mix of Longhunters/Trekker's, French Voyageur's, Nessmuck, Kepphart, Whelan, Maine quides and New York Adirondack quide's.
Here is the sewing kit pouch and I will post pics of the whole kit as soon as I get it all together. I turned 68 yesterday, thank the Lord and this year is going to a fun year for me. Stay turned for the progress of my kit.
Thanks for looking!

Nice pouch. A sewing kit is an essential.

Trail Dust made me this Sea Otter pouch.

Wait, are those THE pictures from the old Outdoor Magazine that made me buy one of those mini ulus?

Edit: a little investigating indicates that yes, they are. Awesome, I loved that article. I know it's a few years late, but thanks!

You are welcome DarbyFett. I enjoyed the old Outdoors magazine. Of all the articles I did there the Ulu one is probably still my favorite.

Glad you sprang for a sewing ulu....handy tool, deserves a place in everyone's sewing kit.

OP- I like the pouch- excellent work.

I thought I recognized Schwert user name from OMF- you had some excellent threads on there....and some awesome pics. Bet you still have the same Filson vest and Kelly Kettle and was it Limmer boots?- timeless stuff
