Not in the woods....damn.
Anyone have one of these? Was thinking of buying one, but wanted to know what others thought first. Here's some info from a web page about it:

"A Two season sleeping bag. Our robust Sleeper range of bags are an ideal introduction to Snugpaks high performance sleeping bags with many similar design features. Filled with a siliconised hollowfibre. These synthetic fibers are structured to trap warm air between tiny cavities in the fiber. When unpacked the hollow fibers decompress and spread back to gain maximum re-loft. Rip stop nylon outer with supersoft as the inner lining, a silky smooth nylon fabric. All sleepers come with a compression stuff sack, Snugfit hood, zip baffle, hanging dry tabs and anti-snag two-way zip. Weight: 56 oz Length: 86"Chest: 60"Pack Size: 9" x 9" Comfort temperature: 32 F Low temperature: 18 F."

I have one. Very nice quality bag. I got it new in a trade. I've slept in it comfortably below 15 degrees. I sleep on an all weather space blanket.

One of the plastic pieces for the compression straps broke just a few days ago when I was packing it up in a hurry. I pulled too tight. I might look for metal replacements and replace all 4. I haven't got around to it yet.

Yup I got one. Love it. Go easy with the compression sack because they are fragile. Tried getting it smaller than it wanted to go. But it packs down nice for backpacking.

I haven't looked for any metal replacement buckles yet. Its on the to do list. Was thinking maybe someone here already had the answer.

For size comparison snugpak sleeper xpedition and snugpak sleeper lite w/1 broken compression strap.

Well dang, I got this in a few weeks ago, and just now tried it out. It's everything I can do to fit in it. So much for that idea. 86" length is fine, but the 60" chest is not. I saw these specs before purchasing, but my dumb butt was thinking my chest size will fit in that, compared to the reality that the bag has a 60" circumference in the chest area, duh. Anyone know of a similar type bag, reasonably priced, that will roll up small, and fit a big person? I'm 6'2", 280 lbs. Thanks.

I have a Snugpak Jungle Bag that I used in the Amazon jumgle. Great bag. Was really pleased with the quality & the way the bag packs down.

Panzer let me know they make expanda panels for the Snugpaks, adding an extra 19-20 inches in the chest area. That's what I need, but dang, they're anywhere from $50-89 just for the panel. I only paid $45 for the whole sleeping bag. That's ridiculous.

Are those actual add in panels for the bags? All I can find is bags with what they call Epanda-panel, but those are unzip and open up for warmer weather, then zip up for colder.

Have a Link to what your referring to? I'm in the same boat, looking for a decent bag, 65 inch chest and 6' 4", Figure I need about 70-80 inches at the shoulders.

It sounds like these are great bags but I can't get over the mummy style bags. I don't like being constrained especially with" eat you critters" roamin the woods in my area lol.

56 ounces is very heavy for a 32 degree bag... meaning it's probably much warmer than 32 degrees! 32 degrees is probably the super toasty temperature.

I hear ya. It would take some getting used to, that's for sure.

nickosnow said he used his comfortably below 15° before. That's one of the things that made me get it.
