I just want any and all of you to know about a product. I am not in terrible shape or health but I do a physical job. Sometimes I have sore muscles in my back, knots I can't get to. This product is awesome and durable.

Hopefully this is not too off topic. I was just cleaning and saw mine. Thought it might be a good item for some of the people on here. Can be had on amazon for a reasonable price. A guy I work with recommended it he said they used to have one at a rafting lodge he worked at. This thing is very awesome.
